About the trend
What is the Holy Trinity trend?
The Holy Trinity (also called the Mother, Daughter, Holy Spirit trend) is a TikTok fandom template that took off in October 2026. People pick characters from one show, game, anime or band and give each a role: The Mother, The Daughter and The Holy Spirit form the trinity, with Jesus and Judas beside it, Adam and Eve, Lucifer and Cain and Abel above, and the Twelve Apostles along the bottom.
Tips for a better post
- Screenshots work best when the face is near the centre; you can zoom in after.
- Wide group shots suit Adam and Eve and Cain and Abel; tall full-body pictures suit the apostles row.
- For the classic apostles row, use cut-out PNGs with a transparent background: they stand shoulder to shoulder like in the viral posts.
- Your draft is saved in this browser, so you can close the tab and finish later.
- Only use pictures you have the right to share.
